The Local's history

Application for certification of affiliation with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Stablemen and Helpers of America filed on November 9, 1923, at 222 E Michigan Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, Thomas I Hughes, General Secretary-Treasurer, Daniel Tobin, President.
